During your initial consultation, the technician will diagnose your problem and give suggestions for any improvements that might be possible for your machine. He will then give an estimate for your approval to continue. All house calls automatically incur a consultation fee of $40 within a radius of 30 miles of Palmetto, GA. For distances over thirty miles, a charge of $10 per 10 miles in $10 increments will be charged. Distances over 60 miles will be negotiated prior to initial travel. The consultation fee is in addition to any other fees for services rendered.

If a service is not listed, but at consultation a service is possible, it will be negotiated with the “List of Services” as a guide.

If after consultation it is determined that Computer Bug PC Solutions cannot service the machine, or the client and the technician cannot come to a satisfactory agreement on the fees, the service will not be charged. The service consultation fee, however, will still apply to cover transportation costs and the experienced evaluation of your machine.

To protect your computer from any damage during repairs, all services will be performed on an anti-static mat and the technician and system will be grounded to prevent any electro-static discharge to exposed components.
